I’m so excited for this as I love dance stories. But I’m worried it won’t have an international release or will be geoblocked in the US. I know I could get a VPN but all the streaming services are already really adding up! (Yes, I have too many. lol.) Also I’ve heard Netflix can be hard to access even with a VPN.
regarding MDL, there are many features I wish worked better for me or were added to the site. but like Mr. P, I am also super grateful MDL exists. I use it constantly to look things up and keep track of things. What frustrates me the most besides no Vietnamese shows is when show info is incomplete, like certain actors aren’t listed, etc. usually that gets fixed with time, but since I watch a lot of shows as they air I want that info. As soon as possible.
still, I appreciate all the people who work to keep this site running and who contribute to the pages.
this group is also my favorite place to hang out! So thanks to all of you too.
if we can help make MDL better, great, but otherwise I’m trying not to complain. I like that this is such a positive space and I want to return that positivity to the group and the site that hosts us.

Maybe this will help...
I learned not all actors are in MDL's database when the drama title is submitted and or made public. So then the actor's page with their info and a photo has to be created, then it can go through the process of being listed in the cast section of the drama page. I think there are a lot more bts steps than it would appear from us outsiders. 😊
And can you imagine how many versions of an Asian name there are to chose from and get the right person??? I don't know how many, but MDL has volunteers that go through submitted titles and edits and have to make sense of it all (fact checking and so on). Then there's member's like me who don't do it right and they have to use their time to educate or correct me, lol.

hey, i envy you. that's one of my dreams, but might end up just that, hahaha. i'm a "granny" as well, goes to bed early, so even if the northern lights is visible where i'm at, which is not, i doubt if i can get to see it lmao.

I do understand since everyone has different boundaries. What works for me may not work for you. I do agree with the blackmail though, that’s the raison I said it was weird even if it is pretty tame here.
I don’t really care if it’s in a drama but irl that’s a different matter. I don’t use the same value for drama and real life, so I’m way more open.
