OMG I can’t believe how many people already have a lot of their BL Challenge planned out for the year! I tend to just fill it in as I go and then make lists for myself of possible shows for difficult categories.
I saw someone had Farewell, My Concubine (1981) listed for their pre-2006 show. I was planning to watch this for the PTW challenge as the oldest show on my list. I watched it in the 1990s but don’t remember much. I think it might be based on Madame Butterfly (the tragic opera), so I’ll have to be in the right mood. But I’m not sure it quite fits the bill for the BL challenge.

Oh I actually have the 1993 one on my PTW. That’s probably the one I saw before since I saw it in the 90s.

well the 1993 version is available on Prime with a free trial of some film channel so I guess I’ll be watching that one.

I don't usually make a list for challenges either, but for the A-Z challenge and the special missions PTW challenge I did since almost all of them are on my PTW list anyways. I'm excited to have a purpose to thin out my PTW list!!
For the BL challenge I don't have as many to watch until the 2026 releases come out and not knowing too much about them yet I don't want to fill in titles early.
In order to meet my challenges I'll need to watch at least 113 dramas this year. That's less than my total for 2024 or 2025, so it should be doable and still honor my goal of slowing down a bit in 2026.

Weird question but for all your challenges you want to put only once a title or you're going to use a title for 2 3 challenges ?
Maybe I will try the A-Z challenge it sounds fun.

Oh I'll use each title wherever it fits. So maybe I won't end up having to watch all 113!
For the 52 week challenge it's basically a list of every drama and movie etc anyways. Not much to think about and it's great having everything listed by month and year. I'm surprised at how often I go back to it for info, especially for the other challenges, lol. But then I don't have any offline lists.
For the A-Z of course it's limited to the ABC's, so that would be fun. It's my first time. I think you'd enjoy it too!

Oh the OST Watch Challenge seems interesting too. I don't want to have to many challenges at the same time. Since there is no time limit for this one I will first do the A-Z challenge which is going to be probably completed in 2 months.

I’m going to use the same title for multiple challenges otherwise it’s too hard and I’d have to watch hundreds of shows. I did watch over 200 last year but still….
