Me & Thee Finale !!!

Like Art Girl said, I woke up this morning straight to watch the Me & Thee Finale!

The show this was! I am throughtly impressed. I truly think it’s a good example of a work that was created with love and care, particularly for fans of PondPhuwin. (There were several throwback moments that mirrored iconic scenes from their  previous shows.)

I have read that there were a lot of references to old lakorns sprinkled throught the show (which as an international fan I sadly missed) and that that was one of the reasons this show was such a hit in Thailand. Still, growing up on Mexican and Colombian telenovelas, I think I got the gist of it 🤣

As for the final episode, I’m satisfied. I would have liked it to be a little longer, but maybe this is just me being greedy and wanting more (Yay for the special!)

The proposal was fantastic, but I’m still side eyeing Peach’s wedding outfit (Sir. What is that?) but oh well. (Tbh he could just have worn a dress shirt and pants 😭)

In short : 

  • great chemistry from PPW
  • Pond ate Thee up, you could tell he really enjoyed this character
  • Peach was lovely, he was my favorite
  • Bonnie did such a great job with Plub, her scenes might have not come often but her delivery was memorable (monopoly!)
  • Mork! Another one who made great use of his screentime!

Rating : 10/10 No show is perfect but I really really really enjoyed it

Fourever You Pt2 Ep5

This show really did a turn around after ep3! I have to say that I am really enjoying it. The friend group has been hitting on both sides! (Ter is hillarious! North is dependable and level headed. Arthit is clueless. Hill is smart, and knows when to push and when to wait it out.)

On to Ep5!

I’m sorry but Typhoon had already gotten caught 3 times before the seven minute mark 🤣 I counted! 

It was also very obvious that Hill clocked the quartet long begore Fah, but I really liked how he kept quiet and helped Fah in the right direction when asked. This fallout between them was painfull, but I think it was necessary for Fah to see Phoon romantically.

This episode also shows Phoon and Fah return to friendly terms, but we also get to see a new side to Fah. Like his friend’s Hill and Johan, now that he’s come to terms with his feelings, he’s a predator hunting that boy down!

I hope Phoon comes clean about Fun soon because that’s a secret that looms over their relationship. I’m glad to see that he at least seems to have come to terms with the fact that his father is a horrible person. I think meeting his dad’s new (ex) wife and child really did something for him (as well as having such supportive friends.)

Khemjira EP 10

I need help!

Yep I'm watching it at night rn. I don't know why. Maybe I just want to get it over with sooner. 💀  I'm feeling very confused as I have been most of the way through this drama, lol. I don't have much trouble following along with fantasies like xianxia or wuxia but a supernatural story has me lost every time. 😮

Here's my question:

I don't understand how Khem could be in his bed (in the Bangkok apt. when Peem comes to him) after he just fell from the rooftop, on his birthday. What did I miss ???

Ranting now: I swear I can't keep up with all the time changes back and forth and all over, lol. The white eyes creep me out. And the chants. I notice none of the chants have subs. Sigh, there hasn't been THAT much romance from my perspective. I won't keep going. I just really popped in to find out more about that particular scene. 👀

Anyways, is there a short, layperson's answer to my spoiler question above?

Like I know his character is not into fashion, BUT it’s your wedding sir 😭 the contrast with Thee was too much! Like seriously, a white dress shirt, black slacks, no tie, no jacket would have been perfect if they wanted the low key look! Specially when everyone else was so nicely dressed 🤣

I'm pretty sure,with Peem's powers yk how he used like some chanting or magic to talk with the lady(I forgot her name) I think he did something similar to do with Khem's dream.
