I live in South Florida, so I'm already used to being ina subtropical/tropical latitude and climate. Much of southern Thailand often reminds me of where I live in many ways.
Ohhh, that does make it easier. I'm in a western high desert region with very little humidity. When I visited Thailand I lost a lot of energy due to the hot humid weather. One thing is I didn't need to use hand lotion and chapstick several times a day, lol.
Speaking of which, with Peterpan Tadsapon now independent, having concluded his ten-year contract with Channel 3, I wonder if he and Fluke will officially become a CP? They've been constantly together lately ...p43425:

4Minutes and Shine have happy endings for the main couples but not for the second couples. Also important characters die in both. All the other shows i mentioned as having NC scenes I like have happy endings.
Also my favorite kissing is in The Time of Fever, which has an open ending and is a prequel to Unintentional Love Story.

Me too. I'm off to Japan with Kid #2 and his roommate for their spring break. Kid #1's partner is joining us and will continue to travel with me once the other two return to school. We'll explore for another week before they (singular they) return to the US. I'll continue to Manila, then explore the islands (not all 7,000 of them but maybe off the beaten track to rock climb, snorkel and enjoy 82 F water). The Plan is to attend LOL Fest 2026 if I get tickets, so I'll be in Thailand for about 3 weeks exploring those islands, rock climbing and finally staying in Bangkok. 9 weeks of travel and I'm still trying to figure out how to pack light.

I actually like romances where the couple is established early on, as long as there is an interesting story to keep the plot moving forward.
Same, I really appreciate when there is no pussyfooting.
A lot of series, especially earlier ones, tend to have the couple in conflicts throughout the series, then there is the traumatic penultimate episode (used to be episode 11), and the finale where they would finally get together officially.
The more series I watched the more I started to prefer for the couple to be established by the halfway mark. I like to see the couple work through the remaining episodes as a unit with a side of romantic moments.
If you like mysteries, like ForceBook, and are a little patient, this drama is quite enjoyable. But I still would love to see what the Koreans (or better actors) would do with it. Despite this criticism I liked it anyway. I gave it an 8.0.
Normally I would every series once it is a BL, but as of recently I have become selective. ForceBook is not a couple I particularly enjoy watching, so it is likely that I will be sitting this series out.
