 Kim Dayu:

Im actually curious on what ur opinion will be..

I'll be sure to post my thoughts. I get Netflix back tomorrow, so I'll be watching in the next few days most likely.

Love like a bike

Does anyone know in episode 3: What does the therapist mean that sailom isn't ready ( for therapy?) What does she think? That sailom doesn't want to cooperate or that he has to ?live through the trauma more?? I don't really understand what she means in tearms of being not ready

If true, this will be interesting: A Korean remake of "Tale of a Thousand Stars" is supposedly in casting, with idols Park Donggyu of TUNEXX and Chen Kaiwen of F1ARE. (I'm not very musical and have no idea who they are, but they're cutie-patooties, and that's good enough for me.)

Does anyone have any recommendations for bls where 1 one of the ML has a disability.

I've already tried 'twilight' and ' I hear the sunspot' and I've dropped both of them. I've already watched 'la pluie'

 Kim Dayu:

Has anyone watched the movie shelter(2007)? Its one of the best gay movie out there and the ost is one of my fav

Same, It's one of my favorite movies 🥰❤️

I hope it's true, Looks so interesting 😍❤️

Finally starting peach lover but I did the mistake of reading a few reviews and it is a mixed bag with a common theme of watching up to only 9 episodes. Some disliked it due to plot issues, some because of the use of AI but here we go.

Sorry to hear that you didn't like "Sunspot", which I loved (as usually the case with JBLs).

Here are two other excellent and widely popular BLs involving deafness which I don't see on your Completed list: "Moonlight Chicken" (GMMTV) and "See Your Love" (Taiwan).

I also loved "Blue Canvas of Youthful Days" (China), which likewise has a deaf character, but it was less widely popular.

(I'm having increasing hearing troubles, so this is a theme that especially resonates with me.)

I can't think of any really good BLs with other kinds of physical disabilities. (There's "One Day Miracle" from Wayufilm involving a boy in a wheelchair. I found quite interesting for the novel theme, and considerably less bad than some other Wayufilm BLs, but the quality is still weak.)

There are also quite a few BLs involving various psychological disabilities or conditions.

OMG they are both from boys 2 planet I didn't even knew they have debuted so happy for them 😍

Omg the original is really good, so if there is indeed a Korean version in the making, hopefully they do it well.

Where are yall getting ur bl news from??? 🤯

I hope so, too. I'm always sceptical about remakes of ironic originals that don't need remaking. On the other hand, I'm very much pro-cutie-patootie.

From the social media rumour mill.

(re "Way To You" on WeTV) Me, too. I watched the first episode yesterday just to give it a try, then went on to the second, and will watch the third with my coffee this morning, then I'll be  caught up. It's entertaining, moves along fairly quickly by reality/variety standards, and (most of all) is cutie-filled with BL overtones.

Ready for episode 4 of "Way To You" to be posted on WeTV in just a few minutes.

@jazme: Thanks so much for bringing this series to my attention last week. I really loved the first three episodes and have been eagerly awaiting today's new episode ever since. It reminds me somewhat of "DMD Friendship" (and I mean this in a good way!) - plus the interesting new twist of having Thai-Chinese pairings.

This variety/survival series seems very targeted at the BL audience, so although it's nominally a survivor show to compete for a spot to debut in a new group, I wouldn't be surprised to see some of the contestants become BL actors/artists, especially the Thai ones. Lots of talent potential!

ETA: Bad news, ep. 4 is missing English subtitles, grrr. (Spanish will have to do for now. Argh, I don't have the patience to stop all the time to think out what it means. I'll wait for the English. I wrote a feedback to WeTV, so hopefully they'll fix it by tomorrow.)

I've heard this as well and waiting to hear more.

I'm glad to hear it's liked. It's been on my PTW list for a binge watch later. I'm usually bad at waiting for weekly reality shows to drop in real time.

i hadn't heard of this but it looks good. putting it on my watchlist, thanks!!
