As a French person it’s my first time hearing that expression, I had to ask people around me I like learning new things I will try to use it to see if my friends know about it thank you 😁
I love sayings and proverbs, in French and any other language I learn. I thought "tous les goûts sont dans la nature" was pretty common, didn't even give it a thought. I also use "il y en a pour tous les goûts" quite often, same meaning.

Tiffany:
Did you watch the special ? (maybe I will have the response in the next pages 😆)
I did! And forgot to write it down. I agree with the others, this ep was different from the whole To My Shore series, less toxic, so I found it ok (I hate toxic dramas, I always have to force myself to finish them).
Regarding Love of Silom, yes I had the same issue than you had: I also felt bad for Wayu, because you can feel he wants to do his best for this relationship to work, but between the ex who's such a pain in the ass and Krit getting jealous and moody for every little thing, I feel that's gonna blow someday.

jazme:
What Gulf romcom are you currently watching? I have Dangerous Romance in may watchlist as well but not sure when I can get to it lol
As Mr P already answered, it's Tokyo Holiday. The first eps are mostly on Gulf character, and it starts as a comedy. I reached ep9 and now it's more about the FL and her thoughts about what she should do in her life, pretty basic, no romance (yet?). So nothing super exciting, but as I'm working on a test knit with a tight deadline, I can follow the series without reading the subs, that's perfect! ;-) And maybe back to Dangerous Romance later tonight.

I'm not a French person, and it's my first time hearing it, but I think it's a nice saying. Ça me plaît!
you're welcome! I have learnt so many odd sayings when I was young, because I wanted to be a high school French teacher. Anyway, life turned out completely differently but I still know (and use) so many proverbs, my friends often tell me I'm old-fashioned.
