It is accounted for in the Chemistry category.
For Chemistry the maximum amount of points that can be awarded is 2, so 1 point is for NC scenes and the other for romantic interactions - how comfortable the actors are with each other on screen; how intimate they are outside of sexual acts.
I thought that giving NC scenes their own category would be too unfair especially to BL from certain countries that are not as liberal as Thailand and the Philippines regarding on screen intimacy.
Interesting system, I think you're right like for Japanese or Korean BLs it's pretty rare to have NC scenes (that seems to change these days like with Fake Fact Lips).

Until very recent years, heat waves like this were impossible in Germany. With this increasing trend, I think a lot more people here will be getting a/c.

We are having a similar issue in the USA with our tornado area. There is a section of the USA (almost an large egg shape in the middle of our country) that is known as tornado alley. In recent years this valley seems to be moving further east. It's bad for a lot of people because you have to have a special building specifically to be fully safe in a tornado and a lot of place on our east side don't have them or locations set for this type of weather. 😔

That's pretty warm! Today is going to be chilly and rainy at 65 (18 cel). I didn't bring any clothes for it, so I'm using hoodies from my cousin. My city & home state is 90-94 degrees (30-34 cel) this week.
I hope it at least cools down at night for you! That's the time to have windows open then close them from the daytime heat.

Until very recent years, it was unheard of here in Germany to have these warm "tropical nights". Even if it was a bit uncomfortably warm in the afternoon, it always used to cool down by the evening. It's different now.
