Someone may have already gotten to this pilot and posted it in here, but I just saw it tonight. Wow this looks amazing! This has such a gritty, raw, real feel to the way they made this, and I love Net and JJ together so much. This looks like it's going to be really really good.

Hi! I did post this once and I'm looking forward to this drama! It looks well-made doesn't it? I saw a comment that Net & JJ were too young for this, but isn't it funny? Actors are either too old or too young!

I can see why somebody would say that. It is a logical flaw because it is a bit of a mismatch between their youthfulness and a 10-year marriage history, so we will need to suspend our disbelief. However, I'm going to be primarily focusing on their performances and not really worry about that too much. I could definitely see the story working a bit better for a pair that is a little bit older, but what pair that's older could have done it?

I don't know ages of couples but what about Tay & New?

Hmm, maybe? I'm actually struggling with who could have done it.

Love of Silom (Uncut Ver.) - Finale

I am choosing to behave myself tonight, so I will give my comments in two points:

  • I take it that Krit would have never chosen Wayu in the end if he had not practically knocked on death's door.

  • This series is a disappointment in regards to the drastic fall in quality from My Stand-In to this.

6/10

This is just a thought but what about Arm and Porsch?

If you start watching be sure to share your impressions!

will do!

just finished love of silom, 8.5 for me. for those who haven't watched it yet, just don't expect it to be police/detective story or don't take the police work too seriously as you'll get disappointed.

definitely a far cry from my stand-in.

Winter Sun ep 6 : This dialogue was beautiful and heartbreaking, I can't forget it :

-The mother who accompanied me through four lifetimes is gone.

-She just left a little earlier. She's waiting for you in the next life. You'll share a fifth and sixth life together in the cycle of rebirth.

I did skip half of the last episode but at times it was too slow and at times it was too fast. There was no in-between for this so sometimes you were stuck behind someone walking so slow and you can't past them or on the fastest roller-coaster. To be honest I had to complete it for the BL Watch Challenge

Re: Love of Silom - Everything was perfect until the end of ep6. Then came ep7 (horribly lovey dovey), ep8 was ok, since then all the eps plummeted down. I did complete it because I dislike dropping a series a few episodes before the end, but the deception was big when comparing how good the beginning was.

My Staycation Boy

I saw this in my feed this morning. With Yin & War? Wondered about it but I didn't want to start another drama just yet. I'm still motivated to finish what I started a long time ago. Getting near the finish line!

yes with Yin & War. It was nice to watch, nothing wild but no stupid situation either. A bit of sound effect but muuuuuuuuuuuuuuch better (and not as intrusive) than Crazy Love, Moo Moo. When watching it, I kind of understood in which direction CLMM tried to head and completely failed.

Anyway, all together with the 40 eps it's less than 2 hours, so I gave it a try and watched the whole series in a row, it was a nice (half) evening.

i'm planning to start on this one this or next week. it's a long wait but since it has a lot of episodes, i'm afraid i might not be able to keep up if i wait to binge-watch lol. and seeing how you're hooked, i hope i can last waiting for this every week when i start on it hahaha

Re: a Winter Sun - I started ep1 out of curiosity and stayed stuck for 3 eps back to back without any break. The first episodes were just so good (cinematography, soundtrack, photography, plot/story, the two main actors are hot as hell, and even though there is not a single NC scene in the first 3 eps, it's fire everywhere). Keep waiting for a bit more (if you can) so you can enjoy watching more episodes.

It reminded me when I started Sammy's children's day, and watched the first 6 episodes in one go - what a pleasure!

:

thanks for this, i'll finish this up today with 2 eps left for me to watch

unfortunately nothing remarkable to expect here. Better watch Fake Fact Lips ep10 instead, it's much more worth your time.

jazme:

currently watching:

  • Love of Silom - last 2 weeks to finish

  • Ticket to Heaven - a good one if you haven't started it yet

  • Crazy Love Moo Moo

  • Love After Addiction - this is also good, halfway done

  • Life In Smokey Blue/Smoke Blue No Ame Nochi Hare - have paused this but need to go back to finish it

  • and of course, i still need to finish DMD friendship s1 lol

I wrote down Ticket to Heaven and Love after Addiction. I dropped Crazy Love Moo Moo and still unsure about Life in Smokey Blue.

I'm watching Fourever You 2 right now one story by day so I should finish on Sunday I recommend it I really like it, it's my priority with Winter Sun. If I have time I will watch tomorrow the new episode of A Dog and a Plane but in non BL I'm also rewatching Gokusen. I won't be watching the end of Love of Silom before finishing FY2 since I want FY2 to be my 1 000th completed drama.

And I also want to watch the first episode of Don't be too emotional and in a few days Knot. I will try to wait to binge watch for the other titles I'm interesting in like for exemple My Summer of You and The Edge of the Horizon.

Oh and I want to watch the dating show Stand Bi Me !

I feel like I don't have enough time...

I have Fourever You 2 on my list since it started airing but I didn't watch Fourever You yet, so I wanted to start with it first. And as I get easily distracted when series are over 8 eps, I know that watching both seasons in a row is impossible for me. So I endlessly postpone it. A never ending story.

My Summer of You first episode was really good, I can't wait for Wednesday!

Tiffany:
Winter Sun : I'm watching episode 6 and I feel so lost I think I forgot what kind of video was posted can someone remind me please.

I had to rewatch the ep5 to be sure I clearly understood it well. It seems Sister Lan has a compromising video of Shi Yuao from 7 years ago saved on the company cloud. It may have been provided by Qing Lang, but I'm not sure on this one, as he's mentioning in ep6 that it's his card against Yuao.

Sister Lan didn't want to use it because she was fearing Yuao was mentally too instable and may commit su*c*de after its release.

No long and super interesting review? Just kidding, I agree with you, it's not worth your time. The 6/10 was a bit harsh but I understand the disappointment.

ouchhhh that's painful, I even rated Fahlanruk better, and this one is really really bad :-D

Thank you it's more clear now 😁

My Summer of You first episode was really good

I have high hopes and I'm happy to see again the actor who played Asuka in Minato's Laudromat.

For Fourever You 2 it's easy to watch one story after another (8 eps each) but it's different for season 1.
