here are more BL airing than we can watch in a 24h day, it's a lost battle. I'm accepting my defeat by adding as many series as I can find without even having a second thought. It works perfectly!

I heard about this one, and I'm hesitating about whether to read the novel before or after watching the BL.
i watched the series before knowing there's a book and then read the book, then rewatched the series. i enjoyed both the book and the series, though since i watched-read-rewatched, i'm not sure which should be better (i'm a big help, ain't i hahaha). but unless you feel the series is not good enough in the first eps, then try to read the book. the series though did a good job with it
absolutely nothing below 7.5 for BL, and 8.0 for straight dramas
i'm currently watching 2 (agent kim reactivated and the husband), and i'm planning to start spooky in love as well lol.

i'm not using the "undecided" option here in mdl. i think what i'll do is add there potential bls that i can return to but dropped just because there are a lot of better ones lol

I used that list for my MDL Friends Bingo 2026 drama list to watch. But I moved them now to my currently watching since I'm close to finishing all those dramas I had for 200th dramas and 200th movies checkpoint.
But yeah, the Undecided list can have so many uses. I love it.

I just noticed in the opening credits that the actor who played Krit's father in Love of Silom is in it.

OMG, I absolutely LOVE the metal/rock vibe soundtrack!!! I must find out the rl bands!!
Loving both MLs, specially the indie rock singer. NOT loving the walking chimney stack, but maybe that'll be part of a change for the better later? Hoping so.
ETA: I just gave the ML singer his first flowers! Yay!
In ep3 during the NC scene the song is so so good. I would recommend you to close your eyes and just enjoy the singer's voice 👌

So I gave up on my no drop rule.
Right now dropped:

I Will Knock You
My Engineer
I also dropped a few other titles I was previously giving a chance to. Mostly Thai ones, go figure.
Not seen the others but, I remember watching I Will Knock you but barely remember anything that happened in it which shows I didn't get emotionally connected. I watched stuff years ago and I still remember my favourite scenes

Yeah, from the looks of it it's a very forgettable series. It's too bad because the premise is good for this one, but the execution is poor. :(
