I'll be interested in your comparison of "Love Sick 2024" (which I loved) to the original (which I've not yet watched). In addition to all the cuties, I thought that it brilliantly captured the mess of teenage emotions and behaviours - especially crushes, heartaches, jealousies, insecurities, etc.
I can already tell it's going to be hard to compare the two because I watched the original when I was in high school more than 10 years ago, and I've changed a lot since then. For example, I'm less patient now and get frustrated more easily when people aren't clear. But since they're in high school, it makes sense that they're a bit messy.
And while we're mentioning the new wave of school BLs, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's first episode of "Class Crush Crisis" (Netflix), which is an interesting new direction for Change2561.
It seems the leads are getting younger and younger one of them was born in 2010. 😯 And the lead actors' names are really similar: Yujeen and Yugene.

But I think I'm getting better at toning it down. Maybe I'm maturing, lol, or being influenced by the group. Or I haven't watched any really bad dramas in a while. Or I didn't care enough about them to comment.
Which brings me to the currently airing Zantiis Miss You on YT.
I'm ONLY watching for my A-Z Watch Challenge. There's nothing great to share about this poorly acted drama other than it's got short eps and the title starts with a "Z". 💀

ETA : I finished episode 7 I knew Haneul seems too nice as soon as I saw him in the first episode !

I just finished The Prosecutor's Proposal and this was the first KBL that I can say that I genuinely liked to the very end. My main issue with a lot of KBLs has been that they have had very toxic contexts to them with a lot of just dialogue that often makes the characters more miserable and makes you as a viewer just question why is there a romantic relationships between the people involved.
Yes this has a toxic aspect to it, but we got decent amount of scenes to make the main couple still feel like yes they actually do care for each other. The crime plot was also surprisingly good, considering the episodes are not long. A very good watch if you want to watch it at a one go.

I completely agree. I was afraid that with only 10 episodes, each under 30 minutes, they were either going to rush the romance or rush the crime plot, but they didn't. So that's a win. I was secretly hoping to be surprised by a plot twist in the last three episodes, but no. It was still good, though. 8.5/10
