Can anyone give me multiple BL dramas based on these promts. Last year, I didn't get this far but now I'm struggling to complete it this year as well

I also took a few from your ptw or not interested list and more

ZhouYanRan:

I think this drama does a decent job at explaining omegaverse to the viewers.

I agree !

ZhouYanRan:

I'm enjoying this, but I would've enjoyed it more, if it was truly a supernatural drama.

ZhouYanRan:

As an introvert I can't stand Dan.

ZhouYanRan:

In modern world the art of conversation is disappearing. Everything would have been easier if they just sat down and talked.

Same, same I agree !

RXinw:

There are 12 episodes, and we are only at episode 5; not even halfway through yet. Next week's episode 6 will mark the halfway line. In my opinion there is enough time for the supernatural element to be introduced; if there is any at all.

I thought it was 10 episodes maybe there is still hope.

ElementalStar:

Drama update

You have a good opinion or an even better one after watching a few episodes of everything I plan to watch, so I'm happy. 😊

ElementalStar:

• Smile After Tears: I love this drama.

This one is on my "depending on feedback" list, so I'm glad you're enjoying it. I hope you'll like the last episode too !

p43425:

After one episode, I'm already totally into this one. Amusing new scenario (guys in 95% girls school which is newly co-ed).

That's fresh I will wait a bit for the feedback to decide if I add it to my PTW.

p43425:

Yet another upcoming JBL: "Baretara Owari" starting August 7 (presumably Youtube "Maison +81" channel). I'm instantly in love with this because it stars Izumi Keitatsu, the adorable little cutie-patootie from "Dangerously Sweet". BTS teaser:

Cuties ! I love the BTS and love the synopsis I'm in !

Peach and Me Episode 3 : I'm glad Mok has become more comfortable around Khun Thee more like a friend than a boss. I think it was good that we got to learn what happened to Peach and Plub's biological parents. If they hadn't explained it, I would have considered it a small plot hole.

I was actually hoping Khun Thee would be the one to get hurt. Since we already saw him taking care of Peach while he was in a hospital bed, I'd love to see the opposite happen. 🥹I was a bit surprised to see Rome kill a man. I thought he was going to handle it like his brother : "I won't kill you, but you'll suffer more than my precious one !" 😆

I loved the TheePeach scenes, but the RomeMok scenes were so good too, and they were really needed after the lack of scenes they had together in Me and Thee. ❤️

The "barbecue" scene was so heartwarming. 🥹 I love the brothers' dynamic, and I loved the car scene I found it so funny! 😂

Hi everyone 👋🏼 I am a regular lurker here for the past several months and read every single comment from each one of you. I have been too shy to talk much around here. But today I’ve decided that I will try my best to interact more here.

The only type of BLs I tend to avoid are the ones with red flag/black flag MLs and cheating.

Looking forward to interacting more with you all ( and finally overcoming my shyness with you all. After all, I’m right home here among other BLs lovers 😊)

Welcome in this forum! I was also a regular lurker but after a while I gave it a go and no regrets! Feel free to comment as much as you want, this community is super nice and open-minded.

I also hate red flag, cheating, sexual assaults, all types of unfriendly macho ML and toxic relationships in general (even though I'm a fan of Don't be too Emotional).

Hello everyone!

I'm super behind with reading and answering all your comments, but this week was so full, who could have thought that being a student on Summer holidays would be so busy! ;-)

Anyway, I slept really (really) little and then watched a couple of series at night/early morning, and I'm not too bad with the current airing series but I had to make a choice regarding the Friday and Saturday series, as there are just too many.

So here is my series feedback of the week:

Payback ep1 to 8 - After RX published a very appealing post about ep8 I decided to start watching it and that's when I forgot to sleep, did a marathon from ep1 to 8. Gosh it's such a great series, and the NC scenes in ep8 are world champions, gold medal, you name it! Keeping ep9 for tomorrow.

Deep In ep1 to 11 - I also started Deep In, I found the first episode pretty disturbing, I didn't like Zhen Xin's character at all, too red flag for my taste, but it got better and better, so that was the second all-nighter of the week - and by Tuesday I already looked like a ghost, but that's another topic.

The transitions between the movie they are filming and the story around it are great, the acting for such young actors is pretty good and the OST is fantastic. I even ended up creating a playlist with all my fav songs from BL series. So now I start my days listening to "Tiger in My Love", "Colorblind" and "Don't leave me to my Nightmares" and damn, life is good.

ETA: the cliffhanger we were left with at the end of ep11 is killing me. That will be a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng week until next Friday.

I finished The Prosecutor's Proposal, and while I really loved this series from beginning to end, I agree with what has been said previously, the ending and especially the last episode felt rushed. Especially with 25-min episodes, I don't understand why they had to finish at ep10, 2 more episodes would have been helpful to properly finish the story and give a bit more screen to Song Ha Neul, his character, his family history and his complicated relationship to his mad family. Was I the only one thinking "again!!! Why do they have to stab Lee Chae Ha a second time? I still gave it a 9.0/10

Night 3 was for Love for Love's Sake, a Korean BL with 8 eps x 30 min, that I found by accident on my pirate website. A pretty sweet BL in fact, and normally I'm no big fan of transportation in virtual games/world, but this was done nicely. No toxic relationship, but heavy topics (loneliness, past trauma, death of grand-mother, family member's addiction) are addressed correctly. The actors were all totally unknown to me, I liked it. Gave it a 8.5/10

Love Destiny ep2 was good, I'll continue watching it weekly. On the other end, I paused Be My Player Two ep2, and will binge watch it when all episodes are out. I think the sound effects are not for me, I could slap the main lead and the story itself is really nothing new.

Blue Lips ep6 & 7 remain average, but with 2 episodes every Wednesday, I'll keep it for now.

My Summer of You, I really liked ep5, it's such a pity the episodes are so short. After discussing it with Tiffany I thought about pausing it and watch all remaining episodes at the end, but I like it so much, so I'll continue on a weekly basis.

Don't Be too Emotional ep5, this one was so damn good! I really hate Big Jane character, I can't stand him at all since ep1 but after ep5 I'm sure now that this guy is hopeless. I fully understand why little Jane made the choice to be back with him/save his brother, and I even was relieved when he broke up with P'Dan, but honestly he should run away as fast and far as he can from this black flag, Big Jane is a nuclear plant of his own. I'm now eagerly waiting for ep6 next week.

Winter Sun ep 10 - I'll follow with the group recommendation and pause it for now. I will probably restart next week, watching both ep10 & 11, hoping for good news for my favorite couple!

The Edge of Horizon ep6

My husband: what are you watching?

Me: an historical drama about the change of regime in the Kingdom of Siam in 1932.

The historical drama:

Laalaa17930228:

I just finished The Prosecutor's Proposal and this was the first KBL that I can say that I genuinely liked to the very end. My main issue with a lot of KBLs has been that they have had very toxic contexts to them with a lot of just dialogue that often makes the characters more miserable and makes you as a viewer just question why is there a romantic relationships between the people involved.

Yes this has a toxic aspect to it, but we got decent amount of scenes to make the main couple still feel like yes they actually do care for each other. The crime plot was also surprisingly good, considering the episodes are not long. A very good watch if you want to watch it at a one go.

Fully agree with you!

Tiffany:
I have now reached 500 Days of drama watching !

whoaaaaaa congrats! I'm not even at 1/4 of that 😂

Indie Art Girl:
I spent the afternoon in the ER after I burned two of my left fingers while baking bread this afternoon.

I hope you'll recover quickly and you don't feel too much pain! I remember burning 3 fingers with boiling water a couple of years ago, the pain was hard to manage the first 2-3 days.

Indie Art Girl:

Winter Sun

I'm choosing not to watch this week's ep and maybe not even next week's just yet. I'm not ready for the storm without the sun coming out right after.

Following on this! I'll see next week how it goes.

Tiffany:
ETA : I need to remind Don't Be Too Emotional watchers of something, because I'd forgotten it too : the actors who play Put and Dan will be together again in the BL Lust.

Oh I didn't know, adding it to my PTW list!

Your Sky: Love After the Rain : Teaser Trailer: Starts August 1st (Sun)

ElementalStar:
Are you left handed or hopefully right handed so you can still do most of you daily routine without issues. Hopefully the cream they put on the burns is working it's magic and numbing the pain for you.

Right-handed but I didn't realize how much I actually use my left. Almost no pain, prob cuz of the cream and bandages. I'm hoping to recover quickly! Thanks 🫶🏼

My brother was so happy to have my homemade bread. It's like the bakery kind, round with a crusty outside. 😊

Thanks Mr. P! I added Baretara Owari to my WTA list. I hope it's a HEA but with it being a JBL who knows?!

I'm amazed at the amount of dramas on some of the member's update posts!! I'm barely watching 2 eps a day for one drama!

LueurArcane:
oh no get well soon

Thanks! I think I will be! 👍

Completed The Prosecutor's Proposal yesterday and even though I felt like the murder mystery was messy, I enjoyed the show overall.

I am, thank you! Boiling water is bad! I happened to pick up a cast iron pot without a mitt that had just reached the oven temperature of 450 degrees.

I'm home and ready to watch a BL tonight. I have to start a new one though and I have no idea what title pick!

Meanwhile I am DEEPly INvested in 'Deep In'. I am a bit sad that the show doesn't have more hype. It's literally 2 dramas rolled into one! Plus I always wondered if BL actors ever ended up catching feelings, ever got turned on by each other during intimacy. Okay so maybe it's not proper in that aspect but it's a trope I am glad we got!

It will conclude next Friday and I'm not ready to part ways and I might binge watch it all immediately which is rare thing for me to want to do.

What color should i do my profile as I have darkout mode?
Gold
Purple
Blue

Whoa, hope you iced it and put a burns ointment on it!

Can I suggest Deep In if you're not already watching it?

I also happened to watch Cherry Magic anime this week. It was cute. First time there were 2 green flags as leads. Rare thing in the BL world. I was wondering if I should watch the drama too. Read a comment that the Japanese actors never kiss in the whole drama. So strange.
