I've not checked your watchlist (me lazy), but here are some really good BLs beginning with "I":
"I Cannot Reach You" (lovely first-love JBL on Netflix)
"If It's With You" (lovely first-love JBL on Gaga)
"I Hear The Sunspot" (lovely deaf-themed JBL on Gaga)
"Ingredients" (lovely micro-episode series with Jeff Satur and Gameplay, sadly no longer on Gaga but presumably can be found somewhere)
and of course
"I Told Sunset About You" / "I Promised You The Moon" - do these Thai BL masterpieces require further comment?

Although the first three are JBLs, which are hit-and-miss with you, they're all serious love stories rather than manga-style comedy with the OTT acting that you so dislike.

I'm guessing that "I'm the Most Beautiful Count" and "I Became the Main Role of a BL Drama" aren't really your thing, but I liked both.

"I Just Want to See You" is a really good first-love / coming-of-age JBL with the same excellent young actor as "His", but it's hard to find (fansubber).

There's also "I'll Turn Back This Time", a painful and tragic CBL which I thought was really good, but others didn't seem to share my enthusiasm.

When I lived in Poznań as a student for a couple of years I always wanted to go to Berlin, but somehow I never did. I haven't been to the northern part of Germany yet, but maybe someday 😉

What's wrong with summer this year? 😒 It started with the first heat wave (35-40C), then it got autumnal (cloudy/rainy, 14-20C), now it's another heat wave and I'm melting. I'm not a fan of temperature over 30C 🥵 How's the weather in your area?

A strange case of Zantiis Miss You (eps 1-7)

I swear that's a first. This drama's got short episodes, so I watch this on the bus. I know what I'm watching while I'm watching this, but I immediately forget what I saw once I finish. What kind of sorcery is this? 😯 I can't even write a review, because I literally forgot what this drama is about. I wonder if Indie Art Girl knows what this drama is about (is anyone else watching this?) I know there's a hotel and two couples and that's about it 😳

Where did Phatsa's dad suddenly come form? Their scene was probably meant to be sad and moving, but I was just too fed up with dad. I don't understand what he was thinking. How could keeping Phatsa in the dark protect him? Not knowing anything made him vulnerable and prone to alpha attacks, because he couldn't even recognise the danger. I understand his painful experience and why he made that choice, but I still think he's irresponsible. Not mating with his beloved caused her to be bitten by another alpha and, in effect, to die and keeping his son in the dark caused him to be bitten by a random alpha in the streets.

Phatsa is drowning in negative thoughts. I know it's traumatic for him, but he focuses too much on the bad part. It could've been worse. At least Nakhun treats him with respect and he tries to build a real relationship with him. Yes, it's similar to an arranged marriage, but who said an arranged marriage can't be successful and full of love and mutual understanding? Phatsa's such a pessimist.

Everyone in the family seems to be waiting for the good news, but I think it's too early for a bun in the oven.

Nakhun's dad is such a self-seeking man. He doesn't care about his sons' happiness. They are to serve his purpose and bring him even more power. I'm sure he won't stop at nothing to get his hands on a Pure Omega son-in-law. I'm pretty sure he'll try to separate Nakhin and Ongsa before he finds out about Phatsa's real identity.

I love the way Nakhin and Ongsa's relationship is developing. It's probably the most realistic one, since no pheromones are involved, only love and affection. Honestly, I thought main couple's NC scenes will be the best, but this took me by surprise. So far, this was my favourite NC in this drama. Consent, bouncy bed, tongue twisters, sound effects...

Southern Germany even hotter, blech! (Although "only" 34° right now where I am, so not as bad as yesterday's 37°.) But starting tomorrow it should be pleasant - until the next heat wave comes (next week?).

It never used to be like this here. That's why I never even considered getting an a/c until about five years ago - but now I'm so glad to have it.

Now watching the newly posted first episode of "After Moving Seats, The Boy Behind Me Has A Crush On Me" (Gaga & Viki).

So far, it reminds me somewhat of "School Trip", not only because of the loner/popular boy trope - but with a fast start. If it's anywhere near as good, I'll be very happy indeed.

It's the same actor who played Taishin in "Takara's Treasure", also nerd/popular boy (and which I adore!), but the vibe is quite different.

Does anyone know if Netflix has their hands in the production of the grim lover. I thought it will be on Netflix right? Some movie makers have to adjust if they have a deal with Netflix but is Change2561 only selling the license or does Netflix have their hands in it?

Yes, it will be on Netflix - but whether or not exclusive, I don't know. I assume it's a license, not a co-production.

Delayed from Sept. 5 to Nov. 28, which I think is totally fine if the result is the best possible production.

In northern Europe, we have lucked out like big. We had like maybe one week June/July where it was closer to 30 degree, but other than that 18-25, mostly closer to 20 in recent weeks. Quite rainy also.
