I've watched too many BLs too quickly these past few days, so I'm taking a little break
I've been super busy with writing my essays for the mid-terms exams and I had to drastically reduce the time I spend on anything other than studying and I was surprised because it was not that bad. I'm only focusing on 2-3 airing shows, so I got to watch only 5-6 episodes last week and it's ok, I don't feel like missing that much. Maybe because after the last 6 months tornado of BL releases, just being able to take a break is more than welcome!

From time to time, I miss studying. I was glad yesterday to prepare a presentation about my trip for my Korean class (sadly, in French and not Korean 😅). It's nice that you didn't feel frustrated about watching fewer dramas. I've been so used to watching a lot that I think I'd feel a void. 😭

a lot of family stuff was stored here, so there are so many old photos and letters and pieces of artwork of mine. Now I have to find somewhere to put them at my house!

Since You Maniac is almost over I'm thinking about starting another BL cuz I only have Mr. Fanboy on my CW list. I really need a nice drama before going to sleep tonight to erase what I just watched. Lots of times I watch some SKZ content and my mind feels at ease right away, but for now I'm trying to catch up with BL series.
I spent the last evening or so checking out some of the current airing straight dramas and so far 3 struck out and one is amazing (Love in Disguise). I just tried Where the Mask Ends and got myself traumatized barely into the first ep. I've always had trouble with aggressive violence but I seem to be increasingly sensitive as time goes by instead of getting more used to it.
Anyways, rn I'm choosing to start Police in Love for the comedy and of course War! The only other BL on my PTW list with a score above 8 is Good Boy but it recently started so I'll wait a bit. I don't know if anyone has said much about this one.

Yes, Fluke and Namping are my ultimate biases, but my BL harem is well in the triple digits. Even I can't remember them all, haha!
Although there were several contestants in "Chuang Asia S2" who did BLs, you are undoubtedly referring to my dearly beloved Tao Tao (Hu Yetao), the androgenous and truly angelic Chinese beauty who is the leader of NexT1DE, the cutie-packed mixed-country group resulting from the show. Sadly, he's not yet done a BL, but one can dream. I love you, Tao Tao!💘

So far (2 out of 8 eps.) I like it. It's a slow-burn office BL involving a crush on an ostensibly straight co-worker with some interesting in-office vs. out-of-office dynamics - so unrequited love for the moment, but we all know where this is leading (HEA).
Some BL fans might object to the premise, but to me, this is something I can totally relate to from my younger life (except without the HEA).
Oh, and my energetic mom is 80 because I’m middle-aged. I hate to admit it, but I’m probably old enough to be most of your moms. Ju Moon is around my age, and Italophilia is slightly older than me, and Mr. P is definitely older. But otherwise, you can all just call me “auntie.” Thanks for keeping me feeling young, though. 😉

I think Watarai's possessiveness in episode 1 scared some viewers off, considering the promise of the overall vibe. At least, that's what I gathered from the comments on the show's page.
