I haven't heard anyone comment on "Luminous Solution" (Gagaoolala, now up to Episode 3 out of 6). I'm sure some will be critical, and it's not without its flaws - but so far I'm really enjoying it, especially the Mai/Ryou storyline. Nothing really new about enemies-to-lovers and what appears to be a jealousy-fueled love triangle - but it's just really cute (two words: "body pillow"). And although I feel less engaged with the Patis/Thana storyline, troubles in an established relationship is something we see less often in BL series. Finally, the magical café with Kanda is something quite new in BLs, and I'll be interested to see how this unfolds; presumably it will be the key to bringing the storylines together.
I feel like I hear many people roasting it but I'm fairly enjoying this one too. True, it probably won't be my all-time avorite but I like it's strange atmosphere. It has also a bit of mystery and uniqueness to it too. Some characters are a bit irrational or unreasonable but that helps it not to be that much predictable, I think.
