Yes. As mentioned on the previous page of this thread, I'm pleased that it is pretty much following the manga.

Most I can say about the LITA special is that it was alright

For you, what was missing?

For you, what was missing?

The plot was not really there and the audio quality bugged me.

Sorry to hear that, I personally enjoyed the entire series and special episode gave it a 10/10, but I understand sometimes we just don't connect with a series, I can remember some series I watched when I was just starting out as a bl watcher that today I would never rate as high as I did then, buts its the emotions that I felt then that connected me to them. Thanks for being honest though, sometimes persons don't like what is considered popular series but don't voice there opinions not wanting to be the odd one out. For example a lot of people love SOTUS where as I hated it. (Don't come for me SOTUS fans 😭)

I appreciate your honesty. 👍

I just finished Tokyo in April and the emotions were so palpable. There are some series you just know you are going to rate as a 10 before it is even finished and this was one of them, hence I gave it a 10. I knew it was a 10 for me after episode 5. The intimate touches, the words of deep endearment, and the looks of promise as well as grief spoke so loud to me but what really carried it home for me was Kazuma's determination to not let go and fight for his love. The emotions did it for me; congrats to the lead actors because the audience felt every emotion conveyed on screen.

Loved every second of it ❤

I beat you:  I already rated "Tokyo in April" a ten on Viki after the first episode, haha! The quality was just so palpable (in an understated Japanese kind of way).

I've been trying to catch up on some of the older series I've not yet watched, currently "Don't Say No" (2021) with First & Ja (who I adore). I don't know why I didn't watch this before. Although it felt a bit lightweight at first, it's actually really good, and much better than I was expecting, with quite a bit of depth as the backstory develops. Does anyone know if the sequel "Just Say Yes" is ever going to happen?

And speaking of long delayed releases, anyone know if and when "Middleman's Love" will finally come out? It was a shame about Jimmy, but I'm crazy about Tutor/Yim (❤!!!), so I don't mind the casting switch and long wait  ... but I hope it's soon!

PS  for like-minded Tutor/Yim fans: And the award for "best first-kiss scene ever" goes to ...
Nuer and Syn in "Cutie Pie" (approx. 22 minutes into Episode 11) !!!

Thanks for being understanding~
