I highly recommend NOT going during the summer! I live in high desert country (very LOW humidity with moderate temps) and I was dying. I was told by my Thai host that even winters are still fairly warm.

What country do you live in?

I'm going to visit Thailand in 2025, probably in February as the weather should be okay for European people at this time.

But before Thailand I'll visit South Korea. I already planned 3-weeks trip on early summer next year. It'll be great to meet one of our BL fans there.

Strange how one never sees authentically sweaty armpits in the Thai BLs. (In one of Perth Nakhun's Youtube videos about the realities of doing BLs, he actually talks about this.)

Oh, this sounds fantastic. I hope you have a great time!

Occasionally I see a Thai actor in a drama with sweat trickling down the side of their face. :-)

That will be so fun, especially meeting up with other BL fans. What a good idea! I go back and forth about visiting South Korea, but probably would if I could meet up with others too.

Japan is close to the top of my travel list. One thing for sure - it's nice to have something to look forward to.

I'm halfway through Naughty Babe and I'm enjoying it more than I expected to. I'm not really a fan of either ML, but I don't dislike them either. I do think it's fun where one fakes their amnesia to find out more information, so maybe that's partly why I can get into the story.

I noticed this drama got a lot of negative feedback in the comments. Everyone has different tastes and that's okay. It makes the world go round. :-)

I thought Naughty babe was just okay. The story itself was a bit iffy but the production quality was pretty good. I don't think it was that bad just not my cup of tea. MDL comments tend to always be on the extremes whether positive or negative. It is fun to see other peoples opinions about stuff but i feel like drama watching, like most media, is a subjective experience and what matters is your own thoughts and feelings as an individual anyway.

Yes, you are so right! Dramas, like any art, is very subjective and personal. I hadn't thought about the MDL comments being extreme, but you have a point.  My limited observation is that it seems safe to share an opinion here on this forum and feel comfortable to disagree without it turning into an argument, or worse, an out-and-out fight like I have seen in the comment section on drama pages. Yikes!

I finished Naughty Babe and it's not one of the worst or best. The story was confusing at times, maybe due to the writing and the translation. I enjoyed it all the way to the end which says something. I have no problem dropping a show if I don't like it by the 2nd or 3rd episode. A light, easy watch with funny moments and real kisses,. I skipped over a few really hot parts. :-)

It is fun to read other people's opinions. Sometimes they are written with humor. I always love having a chance to laugh.

Yes! We're a pretty nice group, aren't we?

Yes, we're. Good morning from Poland!

I love it when BL Watcher gives a really brutally honest review - in this case,"Bump Up Business": "However, the series collapses into unwatchable nonsense in its second half ... the last few episodes are dire ..." (I've not yet attempted to watch it myself, but after reading this, I would need some convincing! Chun Mo, I haven't forgotten your very negative comments on it a few days ago.)

I've been super busy with RL, so I have a super long list of things to catch up with...

I must say "Bump Up Business" did not catch my attention and I've watched it without any expectations... I'm glad I did, because it was just pure fan service.

On the other hand I've been impressed by "One Room Angel", seems nice!

 Karina Zhan:

after checking your plan-to-watch list I recommend you start "I Feel You Linger in the Air" It makes me blush every episode and gives my mind a rest.

I'm going to wait until it's finished. Not long now. Delays can mess with my recall (it's a health-related memory thing) so it's best if I have the option to not. But I do plan on watching it asap.

An online friend is *finally* watching Moonlight Chicken and being won over by it. So I've *just* reached the end of ep 3 which is the best hour of oxytocin but then we get a sliver of a glimpse of First as Alan looking pained and between that and the closing OST I got all teary and I can't explain this to the friend yet because he has no idea who any of the actors are (he needed a reminder of which one is called Gaipa and I wanted to caps lock about Khaotung at him and how Ayan must be protected at all costs even when he's someone different) so I'm squeeing with you folks here :) Every time I watch it I appreciate more how skillfully P'Aof used sympathies from previous series. It works if you don't know, but oh the feels if you do.

I also watched the first two hours of He's Coming To Me before bed last night. When I really love a series I ration it. So last night was don't want to go to bed. Want to stay in this great friendship forever. And today is NOT watching it cause it is so kind.
