I've not heard of "You Had Me at Hello" before, but the one MDL review (by BL Compilations, who's a good reviewer) is reasonably positive. However, note the last comment about the subtitles.

This is exactly my own general prejudice about remakes. However, the Thai remake of "My Love Mix-up!" will be Gemini/Fourth, so I will automatically love it - and it's GMMTV, so there might even be some creative originality.

Yes, I watched "His Cat" (plus the two "Extra Chapter" special episodes) - and yes, it's Mainland China, so it's more bromance with BL overtones. It was actually rather cute at times but with poor production quality and absolutely awful sound as well as subtitles which were at times difficult to understand. Like many Chinese productions, it feels like they just quickly shot it and then did a voiceover to inexpensively fix all the mistakes (or maybe sometimes this is because the actors don't speak Standard Chinese? - although I presume this is less of an issue nowadays with >80% of Chinese able to speak Standard Chinese, especially young people like these two very cute actors).
Anyways, as Chun Mo says, it recently left Gaga, so I'm not sure where you'd find it now.
Yes. It was on GagaOolala, but has since been removed. It wasn't all that great, to be honest, just watchable. Not sure how our ratings match up, but that's just how I found it.
Maybe I'll come across it one day , but I won't worry about it.

I loved the Japanese series very much too. The story is so fun and that's why I'm eager and curious how the Thai production will present it. Gemini/Fourth make it a huge plus!

I just checked it out on YT and yes, the subs aren't good and I wasn't really feeling it. I saw a comment on the MDL page mentioned this was a thesis film, I think.

Maybe. I just like how the J-BL matched the manga. Sure, the camp scene was a different location and some things happened out of order, but the interactions were there.

You are welcome =) I only watched the uncut version, so not sure what the YT version is missing. there was no BTS or ad in the end in this version. I think some people on the series page said what was cut. If I understood right from the comments, the WeTV uncut version is only available in Thailand and Indonesia (but maybe it works with VPN idk). So I feel like, for most who want to watch the uncut version, we have to go to other places....

This story sounds very similar to a series I watched probably a few years ago, but I don't remember the title. I think it was Thai or Korean. I believe one of the boys had a chip on his shoulder so he was pretty tough outwardly. It's not on my watch list. I enjoyed it though. If it's a new series, I wonder if it's a remake, since the story is so similar. Sorry I'm not more helpful.
