Having been to Bangkok and eaten along the canals, I got distracted looking for bugs. :-(

this took me out loll not you looking for bugs in the shot.

P.S the screenshots I post are done with the aid of Postimages website.

Cooking Crush ended and I'm already missing it

I actually started this one on ep.5, but I did enjoy it. I don’t think it’s memorable, or anything you must watch, but it’s cute and sweet and feel good, and sometimes that’s all I really want from a show.

I still beleive this series was a waste of OffGun  but that’s beside the point.

The ending was so cute too (cry emoji) It made me happy that  at least Fire’s mom accepted Dynamite, because it would of been heartbreaking if they both lost their parents because of their sexual orientation. Samsy and Paeng caught me off-guard but it was funny. Ten and Prem as full blown adults after the time skip really do vibe better with me.

My dream is to see OffGun as real adults, out of school, and with real jobs lol

Ah yes, postimages. I use it for the pfp. Thanks!

Speaking of bugs, my worst nightmare was coming across fried scorpions on a stick and other various crispy fried crickets, beetles, grasshoppers and such at a floating market stall in Bangkok.

Say it louder. I agree.

They were soooo good in Not Me. Maybe that's part of my issue with Cooking Crush; a let-down after such a great series. I do understand it's good for the actors to try different things, but this fell flat for me. Maybe there will be more great series in the future!

The adventurous side in me would like to think I would indulge in the name of exploring culture and cuisine but then the larger part of my mind takes over yeah no thanks; but did you try though for the sake of trying?

Me, too. I am also a sucker for fluff, cuteness, escapism and happy endings. In addition to Off/Gun, I also really loved Neo & Aungpao. (*big pitter-patter heart emoji goes here*)

 OnyxTheHedgehog:
Currently on ep 6 of Oxygen and I love SoloGui and PhuKao but

Bingo. I loved Solo/Gui from the first moment when Solo walked into the café. (Gui is not the only one who fell in love with Supanut at first sight. *another big pitter-patter heart emoji goes here*) It took me longer to warm up to Phu & Kao, but in the end I quite liked this storyline, too. The third storyline (Khim, Khem and the doctors) was the big weakness in this otherwise fluffy-great series, and just like Hannah, I always skip over these parts when I rewatch it. That being said, I think Khim the Fujoshi was a cute, sweet, funny character in her interactions with Gui.

Too lazy to search for the posts, but these are my results

 OnyxTheHedgehog:

Currently on ep 6 of Oxygen and I love SoloGui and PhuKao but wtf it going on w Khim and that doctor???

Like, why the hell is Khim trying to get the doctor to admit he's gay and likes Perth, and making him go on a date and take pics or whatever

I'm srsly getting annoyed w Khim now

I loved Oxygen! Gui and Solo are so sweet and cute together. Their love for each other was so beautiful and they way they fought for each and stood up to Solo’s father showed how committed they were to each other.

Yeah, the story of Khim and the doctor was silly and annoying. If I remember correctly, they were even in the novel. Maybe they were added in by the scriptwriters to add some comedy but if that was the case, it failed for me.

https://kisskh.at/games/4vWNBUa1 I created a tournament quiz if you all wanna check it out. Lol <3

I enjoyed your quiz though there were some tough choices. My final result was Payu and Phupha though I would say Karan came a close second, LOL.

A few years ago OffGun's chemistry would have held more weight in my rating; now not so much despite it still being present. I have a feeling their upcoming series The Trainee will be just like Cooking Crush, mundane and shallow in plot; I pray that I am wrong and my expectations are exceeded beyond criticism.

I thought Cooking Crush was quite boring. I didn't enjoy it much. Also, their chemistry in this one seemed worse than in other BLs I've seen with them or idk, something didn't work in this one. I really hope you're wrong about The Trainee as I really don't want another Cooking Crush!

I also thought Fire and Dynamite were better than Ten and Prem. And I'm not a big fan of Neo. I also liked Aungpao, I was so surprised to see he is so young! he's very cute, I hope to see him in more BLs :)

I liked how he portrayed the character as well. For being mostly among experienced actors, he brought Dynamite to life very nicely, I think.

I agree ^^ I hope we'll get to see him as a ML in the future :)

Noooo! My excuse is I'm a plant-based eater. No animals, and that includes insects. :-)

I think so too! He's such a cutie and will do well in the future.
