All 3 main leads of Rollercoaster; Faye; Milk; Milky; Engfah; Charlotte; Namtan; Lux; Fay; Orm; Sonya; Noey, Namhom, Gene, Prang, Merview, Apple, Irin, Silvy, Mint; Becky; Janhae; and several of the would-be cast members of the SKIU verse were trans/genderqueer/nonbinary.

By the way, the list is getting longer now and I've lost some receipts. But no worries I can find them again.

It’s more that i compiled it together based on comments and shared posts between the three of us after doing a search in the discord.

Im sure this is not a comprehensive list. I dont really actively seek the info out or keep track anymore. But i should probably start keeping the receipts somewhere too. I remember trying to find one during a convo a while back and couldnt find it again bc the video was like 4 years old XD

Mine are - 1. Queendom (Yes, I criticized the trailer but the actual thing is so much better)

2. Harmony Secret (The song and the chemistry is chef's kiss)

3. Whale Store XOXO (Could have been better with some push and pull when 1 ex and 1 unrequited lover is there for one of the ML)

Because of my new habit of only watching dramas after they've aired to avoid having to wait a week after a cliff-hanger, I've only started watching "Whale Store". I've been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the show, even though it is very cheesey.

I am very much looking forward to watching  "Queendom" because it stars Nattawadee Pipobpornchai who also starred in "Love of Secret", which was the first Thai GL drama I ever watched.

Perhaps at the end of each year, we should all vote on our favourite GLs of that year.

Yeah, me too. Like if I know, I know and if I don't, it's not a big deal. Well, I still keep some receipts just in case I might need them later, especially those who are not very vocal about it. Some debates feels better when there's receipt. 😆

Please explain what “receipt” means here. We don’t use that term in the same way in the US. Do you mean a record of them saying something about their identity? Like a link to the source of the info?

(in the US receipt means a written record of a purchase or payment of some sort.)

But in this context, yes, "receipts" means evidence, such as screenshots, images, or videos, used to back up a claim.  It's an internet slang, and I believe people are using it (not just by gen Z)

Yea, im from the US. It’s not so much a regional difference as much as it’s just online slang. If youre not active in online communities/chats, you might not come across it as much.

But in fact it’s credited to originate in convos of black americans (as is the case with a lot of online/popular slang). Whitney Houston’s use of it apparently led to it’s wider popularization if google can be believed.
