I'm looking for films or short series with established WLW couples for something I'm writing. Preferably negotiating work-life balance. Possibilities from Asian countries will be slim, but maybe there's one or two, or minor characters, and surely the rest of the world has something even if I can't figure out useful search strings to drag it up. Feel free to DM for non-Asian suggestions. Thanks for any help.

Fragrance of the First Flower season 2 does some work/life balance stuff. They are by then an established sapphic couple (though there's trouble in paradise). One of them has a kid. They're 30.

I'm writing something which is turning into a novel and the lead character for the second storyline is a lesbian who is more or less married. I'm struggling to find my way into those characters though, to make them well-rounded people.

Yes! I often  suggest my clients (I'm an editor) find stories and characters from other works to help through any rough spots in the writing.

Something else you might consider is watching some videos from content creators. I follow a few sapphic couples who are married and they make videos/skits about their life.

I think The Girls on Rela probably has some stories (It's an anthology) that meet your request. They're very short though, nor can i remember which stories might be applicable.

Welcome to the Lesbian Bar also might have a story two, though again, very short. No work-life balance talks though that I can remember.
