Exactly!! Given the amount of femme or low femme characters in thai series i was very surprised to find real butch in GAP (Natnicha Vorrakittikun). I'm new to the industry but i really hope to find characters like her too. I'm searching butches everywhere, especially in main's. I did though find the main lead in the 'Encore Martha' (and i liked it!!) or in 'Handsome Stewardess' but i just started to watch it. 

Mine dark dream is two butches as main romance...

The Substitute pretty much does that. It's Taiwanese though, not Thai.

Yes or No is a really charming movie from 2010 with a butch main.

Mainland China had a string of butch-femme movies in 2016, just before the ban. Touch. Top Girls.  Whisper of Summer etc

Ooh now I want to watch Gap! I haven’t seen that many GLs yet either so I am searching for good ones. Handsome Stewardess was already on my tbw list. I will add Encore Martha!

I don’t only watch Thai GLs it’s just that’s all I’ve seen so far. I will watch any shows that appeal to me. I just don’t like too serious or too sad. But I have yet to watch an Asian GL I thought was really hot. It makes me feel guilty that I find the BLs hot but not the GLs. I am pansexual so I want to watch everyone. But in real life butches and nonbinary people born female are my favorite.

Unlock Your Love has a butch/femme couple. My Marvelous Dream is You has a minor side couple who are a lovely butch/femme couple. They would be right at home in San Francisco.

I tried to watch it but couldn't get past the first episode. It was just too "soap opera" for my taste.

Same-ish. Given that that's your type, might I suggest Pearl Next Door, not because it's a great series, but purely for the character named Alex. Based on the comment section, she seems to have captured the hearts of most people who watched the series.

On a different note, Otonari Complex is not a GL, but it has a masc-presenting main lead and it's really adorable. Two genderbendy besties navigating changing feelings for each other. It's really soft and heartwarming.

Thanks for the recommendations. Not all shows have to be great. Appealing characters go a long way to keep my attention. I’ll check these shows out.

I'm still watching "To Get Her" even with the controversy, and am quite enjoying it. But I just stumbled across this Taiwanese lesbian dating show. I haven't actually watched any episodes yet, but I will soon. So, I have no clue if it is excellent, terrible, or just somewhere in between. Anyway, its available on YouTube. 

EDIT: I've now watched the first three episodes and its pretty good. There is one thing I haven't liked - one of the older contestents is a bit too assertive in her persual of one of the younger contestents, which creates some awkwardness. I'm finding the differences between the Taiwanese show and the Korean show to be interesting.
