I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but hopefully the following information will tell you what you want to know.
All the contestants are new and the location is different from season 1. The hosts are the same, but we almost never see them, but we do hear their voices asking questions off camera from time to time. One popular contestant (Ming Ming) from season 1 is now employed by the show to host the "offline" fan event which allows paying fans to experience the show for themselves in a shortened and not filmed version of it. Ming Ming does an advertisement each episode to promote this fan event.
If you have any specific questions, please ask and I'll do my best to answer. I've now watched two episodes and the dramatic improvement in quality from season 1 is being maintained. This is a much better produced show than was season 1, not that season 1 was terrible or anything. I'm really enjoying season 2 a lot.
Yes this answer my question, thanks. I wanted to skip s1 to s2 but was wondering whether it was a continuation/sometimes dating shows have contestants continue right and they have history perhaps. I'll be done with stand bi me today and was looking for another reality dating show to replace it!
I'm pretty sure that the two actresses in the photo are Engfa Waraha and Charlotte Austin. You can look at their MDL pages to see what dramas they've been in together. If I'm wrong, someone here will correct me.

They are Lookmhee (in the suit to your right) and Sonya (in the dress to your left) and yes they've been in 3 gls! Affair was the first followed by Harmony secret and Hometown romance. The last one is just the thing if you're in for comedy and a bit of slice of life soft of thing. Harmony secret is enemies and rivals to lovers. Would recommend all
