Does anyone else get stressed when the lead couple gets together but it's only like halfway through the series? Like everything is going far too well to have four whole episodes left T0T now I'm apprehensive about every scene waiting for the shit to hit the fan ^^"

Everytime this happens I stress. I always hope this is going to be the surprise in which the characters actually work through whatever drama happens together with open communication and respect for each other, but those are 1 in 100. 😭

The first thing story writers learn is that conflict drives the narrative. You can almost bet your life that in any drama, if everything is going well (i.e. no conflict), and assuming of course we are not at the end of the drama, then some new conflict will arise that needs to be solved. In a romance dramas, that conflict will almost always be some incident or misunderstanding that causes them to breakup or almost break up.

It's a reference to Chainsawman, it has now became a subgenre of Yuri.

You are talking about 4 and a half minute! Here I wasted hours watching 'Goodbye Lara'. I wish I could slap the production team.

What is even this? Is this AI? I feel like I'm trippin here

I don't think it is AI, but I'm not 100% sure. If it is AI, then it looks incredibly realistic and lacks the obvious tells that most AI videos have.

I've just finished "In Love Forever" and here are my thoughts.

This drama started very strongly in my opinion. There was a fun dynamic between the leads (Ran and Neen), and I really liked the fact that I was finally watching a main character (Nene) in a GL drama stand up to the psycho mother in law who was persecuting her. However, the relentless persecution of Neen by her mother in law basically became the driving plot of whole drama and I will confess it got a bit much after a while, with too much screaming and hateful "I want to kill you" stares . This also caused the drama to take on a darker vibe in its second half. I also think the resolution with Ran's psycho mother at the end of the drama could have been better. Trimming the entire series by a couple of episodes probably would have helped.

I thought Orm's acting was excellent, especially her emotional scenes. Ling Ling had an easier job, as her character never lost control of her emotions . Consequently, her acting didn't stand out to me.

Even with its faults, I did enjoy this drama and I definitely think it is better than the current MDL of 7.3 would indicate. Definitely a "recommended" for any GL drama fans.
