I saw the same clip and glad i found these comments - the drama seems really sad though from the clip i saw.

Long time no chat lol.

Having trouble finding a name for a show.

Would not be surprised if it is already in my too watch list but it's that long I will never find it lol.

Any way I have checked the other clips for this video on the posted channel, no comments giving the title.  The names are substituted for Western ones assuming to avoid copyright.

I even google image searched scenes from the clips to no avail as well.

Unfortunately I don't recognise any of the cast so no help there either.
