Really!?? I just watched a couple of her dramas and I didn't recognize her as Liu Nian at all. I was just think she was really pretty and familiar.

She's definitely Liu Nian, I'm a fan of her.

Yup you're right now that I'm watching with new eyes lol I think she was missing her signature bangs and her last 2 dramas I've watched were historical.

Awesome!  I ❤️  that wash, rinse, dry... repeat plot. (Does the original writer get paid for all these dramas ??? 🤔) And the one where the FL is a divorce lawyer. switched at birth- and arranged marries the green flag CEO who was supposed to go to the other daughter...

Speaking of your last spoiler post... did mei mei have work done recently? I didnt immediately recognize her in the latest release. And she was with Yu Long!!! Still gorgeous, but doesnt look exactly like she used to?

I am surprised by how much I enjoy watching multiple versions of a drama (watched and really liked multiple versions of Prince of Beijing, Prince Too Wild, Join The Game, Penny, Jiao Ying, Love Above the Clouds, Red Carpet Kiss, Gardenia to name just a few).

 I also wonder about the business model where the same novel have multiple versions that all seem to be released around the same time as if they were all filmed around the same time...

Yang Mie Mie? I think she looks the same for me. Maybe it's makeup, maybe it's aging hehe

I mean if I am her surgeon, I'll advise her to uplift her downturned eyes before anywhere else. It'll drop even more in the future.

Got it. Its just me. Mie Mie is just so cute, another vert actress that I've just started watching this year reminds me of her...  cant think of the name, def a talented actress and has the same level of inherent cuteness. ❤️

Same here; if I like a story line I enjoy the different versions of the drama. I also enjoy comparing the different takes of the drama and the actors portrayals.

These are not new releases, but there are two dramas that pair Li Sheng Jie & Liu Xi Yu that are sorta on this theme. I think they are both sweet and cute:
