Yes, same! I didn't like the FL and the way she portrays the character. Maybe if it was another FL, then it would have been more interesting.
I watched a few mins and find the ML so adorable. I will keep watching to see what happens. Do I need to watch part 1?
Liu Xiao Xu looks so good in this drama but it is SO BORING. It seems to me the quality of production on VSD are getting better but the entertainment value is getting worse. I watch VSD for the fast pace and entertaining factor, and obviously, the HOT kisses. I kind of miss the older drama with the craziness.
Agree w/ both you and @ autumn iris. I watched both the LXX and the Yu Yin new dramas and did not love either. I ff a bunch through them both. <sad>.
Is it just me or have dramas been heavy on the filters recently? The actors/actresses faces are looking way too smooth. Are they going for that synthetic younger look? I like how real people look and am like please stop! I don't want real dramas to look like AI.

I agree with you. Maybe they need to compete with AI vertical dramas haha. I told my friend, if they look too perfect, it's AI.

I like Yu Yin and Zhang Hong Ming's drama except for the part where in the past life ML tells his fiancee that he has no feeling for FL as FL is like a dog working for him, which later he confesses to FL (knowing FL hears them talking) it's to let FL stay away from him who already lost everything. Oh, come on, that's cruel. Other than that, it's quite romantic for me, everything that they do for each other are so sweet.
Ahaha, maybe because no one wants to watch wrinkles in idol drama. I think all vertical drama always set filter at the maximum level. So it's not AI, you can still see Yu Yin's smile line. But AI is used everywhere these days, not only in China. I read that even upcoming Korean drama starring So Ji Sub uses AI to increase speed and something else. Not that I ptw that one. And the woman in Taiwanese singer Wang Lee Hom's music video: Come What May is 100% AI.

Anyone knows the name of the drama or mls/fls. It was basically about two besties transmigrated as villainess and one fl’s husband leg needs to be cured as he is on wheelchair and she cures with acupuncture I believe and the other fl has different story. They marry the two brothers. The fl also kinda looked like Chen Duling. It was in YouTube but suddenly got deleted now I don’t know the actors name or drama’s title. Someone please let me know if you know what I’m talking about.
i think this drama the first couple is liu yilong (the wheelchair man) and lu yuan. i forgot the second couple lead name. hope it helps!

The Lady from the Northeast parts 1 and 2. I was watchng on youtube until it got taken down before I finished. I loved spunky female leads and this one does not disappoint.
Liang Wen Jing is so fun! Not yet watching S2 as I'm currently catching up with iQIYI's vertical dramas. (^~^)v I'm making my own problems all the time. Thank God, it's weekend.
