He's on green flag mode. Waiting for years to get his lover(s). I don't understand the reason Wang Hao Zhen likes Tan Yan Yan (as he told her he like her even more early when his step-brother was born so he's like 18 and she's like 10), but maybe it first come from the desire to protect someone precious to the man that's been taking care of him for a long time and well, that man is a father who often praise his daughter's good quality. FL's persistence to work hard to be his equal before going to romancing him also deserves a praise.
I like this one. But it's indeed too slow-paced. I set it on 1.25-1.5 speed to feel like I watch in normal speed and rewind it when I miss something. I'm not sure about Wang Hao Zhen's upcoming dramas, but if the plot is interesting I'll check on it. After all, he's a good actor who usually choose a good production.
I want to watch Liu Qing and Lu Lu Lu part too, but I'll skip Ka Rong - Jin Zi.

I agree. Latley I find many dramas heavy on the "deep emotions". And I am not sure how much I like the dramas that span decades of time. Maybe its just not what I am in the mood for right now.
What I would like to see is another spurt of 'dump ex and hook-up with his hot, mature uncle/father', storylines. LOL. Since I am in that mood, I may have to search through some old dramas to find one to watch.

I skipped towards the end after finding out they won't get together until near the end and I think they said something along the line of "I don't think we wasted our time because we grew in the process". BUT I was thinking, YES you wasted your time. You're now in your 40s, you could have grew together and have a bunch of kids by now! And you wasted 3 hrs of my time!
That's just my opinion. I'm sure many like the slow-paced emotional dramas.

I watched 20 mins and I didn't even recognize Chen Fang Tong until I checked the comments. She looks so different now and not as voluptuous anymore.
Chen Fang Tong plays so many arranged marriage dramas (well, maybe these days there's so many arranged marriage dramas, I grow tired of them). I haven't even finished her drama with Huang Hao Wen. But her drama with Lan Bo was a nice and hot one. And she's a badass there, and Lan Bo always there to save the day. Anyway, she looks so pretty now as compared to her early days with Dai Gao Zheng. Money makes the woman indeed.

I actually prefer her previous look. She had this round and baby cute face, now it's more mature and define, but somehow she still looks young in her thirties. I haven't seen her drama with LanBo. I'll look for it.
