Can someone explain why my ratings are not being added to the overall rating of all users?

From what I understand based on Admin replies on several discussion threads some time ago:

• The overall ratings will not update in real time (expect some delays but not sure how long)
• The mechanic behind the rating calculation is mystery (to avoid manipulation)
• New users may have some restriction
• The ratings from reviews and episode guide are not counted 

You're welcome but I might be wrong. For confirmation we still need to ask the admins but they rarely answer inquiries.

There are only 3 users including me who rated the drama and I did not rate it 10/10. But still you can see the ratings did not reflect the actual values. My guess is that it will need some more user ratings before it will get updated. But the exact mechanism is remain a mystery.
