So I am looking for an Asian drama which I think dates from the 2010s although I’m not entirely sure as this was one of the first Asian dramas I watched and I don’t remember much about it except a few key things that happened. I’ve been looking for this drama for years but I’ve had no luck finding it again, I think I first came across it on Netflix as that was the only streaming service I had at the time.

From memory the female lead is a cook in a restaurant who makes a dish that tastes like the male lead's mother's cooking which he is shocked by, I feel this seen was very casual as he was like a last minute diner who the female lead quickly made a meal for as the restaurant was closing (not too sure on that but), this meal is very comforting to the male lead’s as his mother has passed away (maybe in an intentional accident as I think his family might have been quite influential although I’m not too sure , also I think the male lead had been looking for meals that taste like his mothers or something? ). It is later revealed that the male leads mother used to run a food stall (I think by the sea were the accident occurs) and taught the female lead when she was a child to make the dish she served, the female lead and the twin brothers were close briefly in their childhood but were separated after the twins accident?).  (His mother who runs the stall might actually be his grandmother and not his mum, my mind is a bit foggy on this part).

The accident: The male lead was in an accident with his twin brother as a child where they were drowning (probably in the sea) and his brother died as a result. After the accident, the ML took on his dead brother's identity because he felt his parents favoured his brother more. The only way to tell them apart was a unique birthmark on the male lead's chest (I think it was heart-shaped but it had a unique shape). I believe the female lead discovers this when she treats his wounds later on in hospital and learns about his true identity once she recognises the birthmark.

In a later scene, the male lead has a PTSD episode related to the drowning trauma when attackers release a gas that makes it hard for him to breath, the female lead is there with him and I recall something smashing.

Even though I remember this much I still can’t find the right drama, I watched it so long ago now that I might be confusing things, but I’ve tried to add as much information as I remember, so hopefully someone can help me. Thank you!
