Under EXPLORE in the top header, look for TV Shows, and below that "Add New Title".
That will take you to the page to submit a new title. Fill out the form carefully and accurately. The fields marked * are required.
Provide links to evidence all of the information you're submitting.
This page https://kisskh.at/edit/pending will show you the status of your submission if it's still pending or has been approved. It may take a while as someone from the approval staff has to check everything - they are particularly careful with those who are new to this. Longer than edits to existing titles too, I think new submissions go to specific staff with language skills for that country.
