My first Japanese drama was Ultraman (can't remember which version I watched first). I think I should've watched a lot versions every sunday on TV. It could also be Kamen Rider, henshin! I love Ultraman more because it's so cool fighting against huge monsters with time limit.
My first HK drama was The Return of the Condor Heroes, used to be a big fan of Yo Ko/Yang Guo before I realize that he's ignoring the country/dynasty, unlike his uncle (sworn brother of his father) who died serving the country after the peace pact he's done with his father figure from Mongolian (Genghis Khan from The Legend of the Condor Heroes) ended with the death of that father figure iirc. Want to say like father, like son? But the son was not so bad.
My first Taiwanese drama was Xue Ke. It's forced marriage, FL gave birth to a daughter before marrying the rich man. What remained in my memory was the finger cover FL used to hide her lost finger cut to prove her belief iirc. It's unique at that time.
My first Chinese drama was Princess Pearl (also from Qiong Yao). I remembered pauper chicken, a delicacy I never had. I also remembered thinking that Fu Er Kang was a bit ugly (well, he's a farmer now). How come, when he was rumored to be Qian Long's illegitimate son (just realize there's a chance of an incest in this fictional drama ^^).
My first Korean drama was definitely Hotelier which I watched multiple times, more than any other drama exist. It's like a Cinderella story, but this Prince Charming was more of a red flag than the original Prince Charming, quite a criminal who's an expert in finding loopholes in law (well, his egg lover overweight friend was a lawyer iirc). + he ended up quite broke selling most of his assets to buy the hotel where FL works.
I know it's an A, B, or C question, but I'm this kind of person. 😅
