There isn't. That hearts do nothing besides add to the count is probably one of the most misunderstood things on the site. Most users expect them to do *something*. They don't. All anyone can see is the count and if they've added one to a particular page or not.
There is something else you can do fortunately - make a custom list. They're the best way to accomplish what you'd like to do.
on your Profile page, click on Lists, and then Create a New List.
choose People.
give it a Title.
choose Private or Public - this can be changed later.
start adding your favourite actors
Each entry in a custom list has space for whatever you might want to add, which dramas or movies you've seen them in, or if you recommend one in particular, why you like them - anything you want.
Links to custom lists can be sent to friends on or off-site. They're great for making rec lists too.
Feel free to have a peek through mine to see how I use them (annual or on-going watch diaries, by source - very useful if you rotate subscriptions, recs from others, my favourites, near the bottom will be actors/actresses).
