I had some Garlic Butter Creamed Corn Chicken which also had Parmesan cheese and Sprinkled with fresh basil..with a side of roasted garlic breads

Last night I still had the ingredients for something I was going to fix for a quick meal for company if needed but ended up not making. 

Cajun Chicken Pasta.

Lunch out with family at a trattoria:
green salad with gorgonzola, walnuts and grapes,
baked eggplants with mozzarella and tomato,
linguini with cuttlefish, spinach and tomato,
tiramisu and a sweet sparkly moscato wine.
Dinner tonight with the leftovers :)
