What’s for dinner?

Baked salmon, baked sweet potato, and spinach salad. 

That time of year again-my hubby’s birthday. 

Made his favorite meal. Pinto beans, boiled potatoes with butter, cornbread and buttermilk.    This is what he grew up on. The blandest bland food on the planet. It has taken me years to help him be more open to herbs and spices.  

Cranberry nut sheet cake with lemon cream cheese icing for dessert.
