Spaggeti with ika and tomatoe sauce

Also roasted potatoes, red sweet bell peppers, onions, along with pork portions, garlic, carrots, parsley, spring onions, and left-over lemony chick-peas, in a marinade of mustard, our own olive oil, almond milk, lemon, our own dry red wine, and lots of spices & herbs! 

Had an early Sunday dinner with my family, lol, although it's Friday…

What are y'all having for Christmas Eve/Christmas dinner?

Tonight we will have summer sausage, cheese, crackers, chips, raw veggies and dip for appetizers. Wine and sparkling water for drinks. Dinner is Lasagna, chicken and penne with cream sauce, garlic bread, and a green salad. Dessert is chocolate bundt cake with vanilla ice cream.
