Menu samplers over the holidays-Jambalaya, pork ribs with spaetzle and cheese, lasagna, apple cake, date nut bars, cranberry muffins, and chocolate peanut butter fudge.  Veggie side dishes and platters, fruit slices to try and round out the crazy heavy meals.  No one walked away hungry! XD
