Like you said the presidents daughter from city hunter or the high school girls from boys over flowers who cry because he has a gf. Like jeez when they say it really whiney that annoys me very much !!
Yup. I liked the main female's tiny aegyo in Me Too, Flower
I started saying omo very quickly and feel comfy saying it in daily conversations on the other hand, Aigo0o is something i feel sounds weird and annoying >_<

I don't think OMO is aegyo. I think it's more a tone of voice, affecting of overly cutesy mannerism and attitude than any specific word. I say OMO all the time. but I wouldn't say OPPPPPAAAAA in a whiny voice to get what I want. (for example)

Call me a stubborn old bag but I would rather DIE than say OOOPPPPPAAAAAAHHHH in that whiny way ewwww I shudder whenever I hear it said in that way & this from someone who is NOT a staunch militant feminist. I think for anyone (male or female, old or young) to whine their way to get anything is lazy & demeaning

I am only a feminist on certain issues...When it comes to my relationship with D, I enjoy being a woman. but that's coming from someone who's opinions and thoughts are very respected in our relationship. But EXACTLY...acting that way to appear cute and get what you want from a man just bugs me. It's so weird to me. Lazy and demeaning is the perfect description.
i find it really odd and a little pervy on both sides to behave in a deliberately childish way to get something from a man you "sees as a man" to quote an oft use korean term.
pervy from him, b/c...eww! really? is that what you're into? it smacks slightly of pedo creeper.
pervy from her b/c...eww! really? is that how you want to be viewed? are you so insecure with yourself as a woman you cant relate to him on an adult level?

ok question : Do guys actually like that ???? Be it only Asian guys or all of them, but...I mean...do they actully find that appealing ?
Aegyo is a mystery to me. If my man would fantasy on little girls, I would rather find that either creepy if it's only the behavior, or criminal if it's little girls in general. Why are they playing along ? Being/acting cute is one thing, but aegyo is definitely going too far on the whole "I'm pure innocent 6 years old and I secretly want to go to bed with you" thing...

I think this video will answer your question, I don't know if you know these guys, they are Martina and Simon, quite a cute Canadian couple living in Korea for a long time already, they make really interesting and fun videos on EVERYTHING connected to Korea, culture, KPOP... And they tell about their real experiences.
This one is about aegyo:
