Hi, I've never eaten Thai food, but I am really curious how it tastes? Has anyone else tried or wants to try thai food? If you have tried, what is your favorite thai food?

A friend of mine likes to cook Thai food. He said that they like to incorporate spicy, sour, and sweet, salty and bitter into their dishes. Most dishes have three or four of these elements, but of varying strengths.

Personally, I've only had one Thai dish before. Pad Thai is delicious. ^^

When the Thai kitchen so many elements have then they are artists in cooking ^^. How did your friend learned to cook Thai? With a cookbook or a cooking class? Did you cook the Pad Thai self?

Hmm I'm not sure how my friend learned to cook it. There are lots of recipes on websites and on Youtube though. I haven't tried cooking any Thai dishes yet, but I definitely plan on trying some out.

Somebody else prepared the dish and I tried some of it. It was for our culture fair at the college. ^^
