I'm planning to cook coconut rice, grilled tiger prawns, grilled lotus leaves wrapped chicken, clay pot duck soup, fried feather fish cake salad with tomatoes, coriander, sliced onions, diced garlic, and chili, a bit of lime juice, crushed peanuts, fried dried anchovies with chili flakes! For dessert Peach Tea Sorbet and I still have left over New York Cheese Cake from yesterday evening plus don't wanna bake new one. Hahaha Thank U Very Much my dear. Looking forward to enjoy my day.

I haven't cooked (coz I don't feel like cooking) for a while. So this will be my first time after a break I guess. I do bake though! Desserts of course. 😁 And pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕. My hubby must be relieved, waiting patiently for me to get out of my mood. I cooked what I called East meet west Hahaha 🤣 🤣 🤣 Myanmar Traditional food for lunch and dinner plus sorbet & cake which are Western Food.

Indeed, pizzas are very easy to bake. My favourite is tunna with veggies pizza. I like to add yeast to the dough. But this is my personnal taste. 

I also like 3 chocolates cookie. I guess you family does too.  I don't know anybody who dislikes chocolate, it is so yummy. ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

Speaking of which. I couldn't find any good  drama based on cooking, that worth the watch so far. 

My all time fav is The hundred-foot journey, and to date any other movies/ drama has surpassed it. 

Royal Feast (2022) is on my list but not sure if it is good.

Yeah luckily I hit jackpot when I married my hubby. The fact that I gloat at my mom and my brothers every chance I got Hahaha It's so rare that my mom was wrong. Hahaha 

 My favorite is New York Pizza, second favorite is Italian pizza, and third is Hawaiian Pizza. Guess because he's an Italian 🤔 my hubby (well his cousins too) thought pineapple shouldn't be used as pizza toppings. So my response was baking savory strawberry pizza! Hahaha 🤣 🤣 🤣 I got a really good laugh out of my hubby's horrified look!

Love love love love chocolate! Should definitely watch Royal Feast! I love that drama.
