I don't know if you watched that one featuring BWJ. If not, you can binge it quicly. I think the drama might be good, because BWJ was always good everywhere I watched him. And I know the lead actress from other shows, and she was good too. I was considering starting it myself. I watched the opening credit, it looks very moving, maybe like a melodrama, idk.  Need to check it out.

I've already watched this drama. Considering watching it again! It's a really good drama. I've watched all of Bevan's dramas. He's a promising young actor and can sing too. You should check out his kiss scenes! That kid can make it worthwhile to watch  kiss scenes and love scenes! Before Deep Affectionate Eyes, I always FF his love scenes thinking what can a little rabbit 🐰 like kid do! You know he always look very put together 🤔 you know looking prim and proper 🤔 😂 😂 😂 He surprised me and I'm like Hugh that kid can kiss! So I'm planning to watch all his dramas especially love scenes! 😂😂😂

Very few pairs can perform believable kiss scenes. I have to check this out. Thanks for the rec! 

I prefer intense glares more than fishkiss. Tons of dramas were of lesser quality because of kiss scene issues. I honesty apreciate a hug more than a bad kiss scene. 

I remember a drama in wich Female Lead pulled Male Lead's sleeve. That was enough for me to crumble in tears. It wasn't even a kiss.

What I appreciate about BWJ is that he provides nuances. He is good at micro expressions, and this makes all the difference.

I'm sure any drama of Bevan will make it worthwhile to watch for you. Even if the plot is just so so, he can carry the drama well. He's a good actor for sure. Before I watched Shadow Love, I thought he can only play good guy type roles, then after watching Shadow Love, I'm surprised that he can act grey/Red flag character well. And you'll be wonderfully enjoy another type/side of roles he played in Deep Affectionate Eyes.

Quite the opposit from my experience. I discovered him in "a moment but forever" and saw that he can play grey characters / obssessed characters. I never watched any of his good guy characters type of dramas. That will be a first.

I don't think he's in "A Moment But Forever" drama! Is it modern or costume drama? 🤔 Or  wrong drama name? Don't find A Moment But Forever in his movie list too! 

P.S : After watching our XiXi's NEW drama, I now have the urge to minced that bastard now!😤😤😤

Oh, yeah he's also a grey character there too! Hehehehe I totally forget about that drama 😜 🙃 Have you watch Bevan's drama "Double Love"? The plot is ok. Just love the CP! Very enjoyable to watch the CP in that drama!

Not yet. I am still new to his dramas. The only one was "kill me love me" for me. I was planning to follow through with "Deep affectionate eyes" given what I saw him doing in KMLM. 

He was suh a good actor that, very early in on in the drama, I knew his characters would become problematic at some point of time. Even if he was still portraying a gentle and benevolent prince. He knew how to portray that underhanded schemy guy perfectly.

True! He can also portray psycho or at least sort of psycho like character in Shadow Love! He really know how to take advantage of his rabbit 🐰 like look to his advantage! Looking all innocent yet very scheming, cunning and ruthless too. Am sure you will enjoy watching Deep Affectionate Eyes. And watch "Double Love" when you have time!

How is everyone going? I haven’t finished Whispers of Fate yet and will pick it back up on the weekend.  

Really disappointed with the ending of Sword and Beloved 😭 It’s like the writer gave up and just want to get the story over and done with. And what is more disappointing is the “Beloved” seem to be completely missed 😞 I still love Cheng Yi though, but seriously he deserves a better script.

Took a break from cdramas and picked  up kdramas this time, and boy Dear X  was intense got me twisted up in knots! Binged watch 8 episodes (minimum an hour each) in the past 24 hours and I can’t stop. Holy moly, I cannot wait for Episode 9.  In Gang broke me .. IFYYK.

Then I started Dynamite Kiss for a more lighthearted stress free watch and I am immensely enjoying this and I wish Netflix just drop all the episodes now.

I am looking forward to Reba’s Love on A Turquoise Island, she is always so beautiful 😻 

I still need to finish Love In The Clouds and Blood River.

Hi Lei dear, how are you doing? Currently on Us Vacation with my hubby! So I'm currently only watching a few mini dramas. Finished watching both Love in the Clouds & Blood River! Prefer Blood River though. And also our XiXi's WOF! Oh Fight For Love too. After XiXi's new drama, don't find any drama worth watching. So sometimes I watched mini dramas! Thinking about rewatching Bi Wenjun's old dramas. That kid looks so handsome in his birthday concert! When I get back home, need to print XiXi's photos from WOF! So handsome! Don't like Reba, so not interested in watching Love on A Turquoise Island.
