Where can I get the full novel? (translated or even not translated, I want to read ). 

I read someone comment on YT that TTJ as emperor (after the bloody wedding) was more cruel in the novel. He even had YBC as his concubine during YXW punishment. Is that true?

Yup! With LSS often leaving to find traces of TTJ, JM and SY are the cute babysitters of AMi - with them being exasperated at her scrapes/adventures all the time haha! That's why I was devastated when they were killed off in the drama. That meant there was no chance for the HE chapters to be included even as special eps huhu. 

Novel TTJ was a real prick. He took YBC as an official concubine with a high title and even gave her a healing flower instead of YXW, who if I remember correctly,  was already going blind coz of the backlash of the WOJ.  Even until way later in the immortal arc, LSS was not sure if TTJ really loved her coz he treated her badly (out of jealousy and spite), and treated YBC better in the Jin kingdom.
