O.o My favorite Japanese actor is getting married on my birthday. Damn, no more daydreaming. :D But, I'm actually happy for them. They have been together for quite some time and both of them are great actors. Looking forward to their beautiful children. :)
I just finished Crows Zero, and prior to that I was just randomly googling stuff and came across him and glanced his Wiki.
Do you guys know he has pectus excavatum!?!??!!?
Its really weird because I learnt the condition quite some time ago and initially was like woah and then put it aside and had gotten over it, but now that I know Oguri Shun has pectus exacavatum I cant help but notice his chest during the entire movie, AND feel short of breath.
Oh, people with pectus excavatum dont present with any SOB, just that now that I knew someone "close" to me had it, for some reason I feel like my chest was compressed whenever I saw him in the movie... I just stare at his chest like crazy now.
I'm watching 'Tokyo Dogs' right now but thats the latest in a long line of Oguri shun things I've been watching. I think when I watched Gokusen I was like ooooh ... now i get why everyone likes him and went on a Shun-rampage - and bought movies (still waiting for some to get english subs before I buy them) and even bought 'Caligula' the stage play on DVD - he is awesome in that.
I was lucky enough to get to see 'woodsman and the rain' at a film festival earlier this year - its brilliant! I highly recommend it.
abs wrote: Agreed, Tokyo Dogs was great to watch - Shun/Hiro were so good together!
I've been a fan of Shun since HYD, but haven't been able to bring myself to watch his latest offering - Arakawa under the bridge, simply because I can't bear to see him dressed in that green suit. ><
haha. i feel you. i haven't watched that one too.
but Stand Up (older one) is really funny. and Rich Man, Poor Woman (newer jdrama) is interesting too. he's so cool!
