Hmm...I think for me the most romantic Kimmy's drama was Long Generation or Beautiful Life...

I would suggest Ordinary People ( http://mydramalist.com/korean-drama/2694/ordinary-people ) despite him not being main lead, he manages play there very romantic guy with kind and soft personality.

I consider his roles in Sleeping forest and One Million Stars Falling from the Sky ( i like his role in last one more) romantic too but thous dramas are tragedies....and might make you cry. Compared to Pride thous dramas are like opposite side of emotions but it is nice to see Kimura play villian sometimes too.

Was is how fast the subs move in the first episode? Because man, they move fast. That is too bad. It really is a sweet drama. I hope you try on your own sometime soon because it's a shamazing drama! Oppa Fighting!

I'm currently watching it, and just finished episode 6. And : whaouuu!!!!! that kitchen scene!!!!... I don't know what to do now, it was just... so great! I don't even know if i will continue to see it, I mean, could there be other good episodes? I thought that drama would be a good one (because of the numerous very good feedbacks), but I didn't have great expectations. It seems that if things are going the same way, it could be one of my few high rated dramas.

I finished it yesterday, and i agree with you with the too rushed ending. But it remains a very good drama with a so sweet love story. I had the feeling the last scenes were the kind that would have better suited a shojo manga for young teens than this mature love story, it was a little awkward imo. Nevertheless, I loved it (i'm still a youg girl in my head!).
and that kitchen scene... can't get enough of it!

I strongly recommend you to keep watching. Yes, Haru does change a bit trough the story but mostly it will be the way you see him that changes. Maybe he is not that jerk as you think, maybe you will see that everything he does has a purpose. I found him to be a really sweet guy and I guess Aki has a role in changing the way he views life and love. It was one of the most beautiful Jdramas I wacthed and although it's true it has some cliche scenes, one has to think that probably when it was aired it was still not a cliche. xD

Pride is GOOD! I strongly suggest you to keep going. I dont think he was ever that much of a jerk. The turnoff for me initially was the sport - ice hockey, which I am not the biggest fan of. However, their major focus was really the off field interpersonal relationships, and I felt the characterization was very strong and well done, like all kimura dramas are.
