Medical Dramas

I've watched a lot of medical dramas, but none really from Japan, so i was wondering if anyone has any recommendations. I've watched only Code Blue (with all its other seasons and movies) and Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Doko Made mo . I wouldn't mind if it came with some romance but none at all is very much welcome.

Japanese Medical dramas usually don't come with romance unless it's tagged with one. If you don't mind some of the older dramas:
