I haven't seen those you mentionned, but here are some J-dramas where some characters are described as delinquents (or yankees) :
Gokusen, Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, Tumbling, maybe Kisarazu Cat's eye, Yankee Bokou ni Kaeru SP.
Maybe they are too soft for your taste, and them being delinquent is not always the main topic of the show.
