Something not too serious and not too light. 

Just a fun movie that you'd watch when your bored.

Well, the first movie that comes to mind, for me, is A Cheerful Gang Turns the Earth.
Next would be Mou Yuukai Nante Shinai and Waruboro. They're both super fun movies! :)
Lastly, I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard that Yatterman is a good one.

I think I have watched Gokusen for 10times or more now.
I know that it's one of the most typical J-Dramas but the comedy is the best xp
I never get tired of it.
Sadly there is only little Romance though.
