 I find the band name to be mysteriously German, why is this band naming itself "red bearded baron"?

LOL from my observation Japanese musician and bands tend to choose random names. Maybe in Japan these random (but generic names) sounded fancy....but sometime internationally the generic names are hard to search for and therefore making them hard to discovered. There's this band named Milky Way (written in hiragana stylized with the dot at the end) that I like. Imagine how hard it is to search without using Japanese keyboard.

BTW I liked Roth Bart Baron too but I am a person who don't Oshi anyone so I don't follow all their releases.
