She's a great actress - but I was always ticked off about one thing. The romance. I remember her just staring into nothingness with a shocked look on her face and standing there like a brick when Hwung Tae Kyung hugged her and kissed her, and I remember her frightened look when Jung Jon Hwa kissed her in Heartstrings... however I think she improved this in Flower Boy Next Door when Yoon Shi Yoon kissed her - I remember smiling when she didn't look so shocked and scared and actually seemed to enjoy it - she even closed her eyes and moved her lips closer to his. She made a big step as an actress in Flower Boy Next Door drama with her romance skills. :)

I think this mainly plays into the part of the role she plays. In all three of those dramas she tends to be a bit more reserved and innocent; especially in You're Beautiful. I mean she was a nun.

It's official: SBS confirms Kim Rae-won and Park Shin-hye will star in 'Doctors

a source from SBS confirmed, "Park Shin-hye and Kim Rae-won have been confirmed to appear in"Doctors"".
"Doctors" focuses on the realistic sides of the hierarchical system of doctors' circle in terms of their academic clique and social and geographical origins, as well as the relationships between doctors and patients. The drama depicts turbulent and passionate stories by doctors who would not lose the Hippocratic Oath and still keep trying to accomplish their dreams despite the changing world. Kim Rae-won will play Hong Ji-hong, a neurosurgeon, who is gifted, personable and greatly popular. Park Shin-hye plays Hye-jeong, a helpless gangster, who has never lost in a fist fight so far. Park Shin-hye will show her dramatic transformation as she later turns into a medical doctor. "Doctors" has been scheduled to premiere in June, taking over the same airtime from "Jackpot".

Park Shin Hye, who is going to make her first comeback to TV screen since 2014 through 'Doctors,' is going to play in 'Doctors' as a female lead role named Yoo Hye Jung does not trust in people due to a painful memory that she acquired when she was a little girl, and she is full of rebelliousness. She is an invincible fighter and helplessly audacious, but she starts going through changes after meeting Ji Hong, who becomes her teacher.

Woah, can't imagine her doing an intense role, plus this is usually a guy's role. But sounds interesting.
