Is this Joo Won?

I'm watching a drama and this person looks like Joo Won.
Does he just look like him or is it really him?

I haven't watched drama with Joo Won yet so I'm not sure. And there is also no information that Joo Won acted in this drama though that doesn't mean he isn't.

He is Yoon Woo in drama a star actor.
He is not credited so I don't know who he actually is.

He is Jang Hyo Jin and I frankly don't see the resemblance, but here you go.

Lol on this photo I agree, but on the one posted by lexies I see a resemblance (the nose and the eyes).
