Another plea for the name of a drama

Hi All,

I too have forgotten the name of a drama that for some reason isn't in my watched list.

FL lives in the middle story house (?), 2ML lives in the rooftop (?) house. He is now a psychologist (?) but once upon a time worked construction. He met FL & FL's mother when a building he worked on collapsed; mom & then teenage daughter were handing out food, drink, etc.

ML's grandfather owns the construction company that was responsible for the building collapse.
